Shipping policy
Orders submitted on working days will be packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Pre-order items will be shipped on the specific date marked on product pages.
Estimated Delivery Duration
- Domestic standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International shipping lines: 7–20 business days; remote areas may require an extra 5–10 days for delivery
- All delivery times are estimated values only. Delays caused by customs clearance or local courier backlogs are not eligible for compensation.
Shipping Fee Standards

- Expedited express delivery requires additional surcharges, which will be automatically calculated at checkout. Oversized or heavy goods will incur extra overweight shipping fees.
Customs & Import Tariffs
All import taxes, VAT and customs clearance fees generated by international parcels shall be borne solely by the recipient, subject to the tax rules of your local customs bureau.
Parcel Tracking & Lost Package Solutions
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email after shipment, allowing you to check real-time logistics information on our website.
- If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with local courier stations, neighbors or property management first. Contact our customer service within 7 days for further investigation.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost with no logistics updates for a long period, we will resend your goods or issue a full refund of the product amount (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Refused Delivery Rules
If you refuse to accept your parcel without valid reasons, all round-trip shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.
